Frequently asked questions

What information do you need to start a project?

A short description of your business and the problem you want to solve, who will use the software, the key features you need, and any examples, documents or designs you already have. If you are not sure about some details, that is fine; we can work them out together during the requirements discussion.

Do you work with clients outside the United States?

Yes. We work with clients in the United States and around the world.

How can I request a quote?

Use the Request a Quote form and describe your project, the main features you need and any deadlines or budget range you have in mind. We review the request and contact you if we need more details. A project-specific quotation is then prepared for you.

How is project pricing determined?

Each project is quoted individually. Pricing depends on the scope, the number and complexity of features, design requirements, integrations with other systems and the timeline. You receive a written quotation for the agreed scope before any work begins.

How does payment work?

Each project is quoted individually. A 50% deposit is due before work begins, and the remaining 50% is due on delivery of the completed work. Invoices state the amount, currency and accepted payment methods.

Can I get a refund?

Payments for work that has not yet started are refundable. Payments for completed or in-progress work are not. Requests must be made within 14 days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope and complexity of the project. A simple website usually takes far less time than a complete web application or mobile app. We provide an estimated timeline with each quotation, and the final timeline and milestones are confirmed in the project agreement.

How will I receive project updates?

The communication method and frequency of updates are agreed at the start of each project. Depending on the project, updates can be shared by email, video call or a shared project board, together with review builds at agreed milestones.

Can I request changes during development?

Yes. Changes within the agreed scope are handled through the review process. Requests that go beyond the agreed scope are discussed with you first; if they affect cost or timeline, we confirm the change in writing before carrying it out.

How does service delivery work?

Work is delivered according to the milestones in your project agreement. Depending on the project, delivery can include deployment to your hosting environment, access to a code repository, or submission to an app store using your developer account. You then have 7 days to review each delivery and send feedback.

Who owns the finished work?

Once all amounts due for a project are paid, ownership of the custom work and source code we deliver transfers to you. Third-party and open-source components remain under their own licenses.

Do you provide support after delivery?

Maintenance and support are available. What is included, for how long and how requests are handled depends on the support terms agreed for your project.
