Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how Samir LLC ("Samir LLC", "we", "us") handles project cancellations and refunds. If your project agreement includes different terms, the project agreement applies to that project.

When you are eligible for a refund

• Before work starts: if you cancel before we begin work on your project, your deposit is refunded in full.
• After work starts: payments for work that has not yet started are refunded. Payments for work already completed or in progress are not refundable.

What is not refundable

• Work that has been completed, delivered or approved.
• Work in progress at the time of cancellation.
• Third-party costs paid on your behalf, such as domain names, hosting, software licenses or app store fees.
• Advertising spend paid to advertising platforms (such as Google or Meta), and usage fees for third-party AI services.

How to cancel a project

To cancel, notify us in writing using the details on our Contact page, including your name and the project name. We stop work when we receive your notice. We then confirm the work completed up to that point and any amount to be refunded.

How to request a refund

Send your request in writing through our Contact page with your name, the project name, the payment concerned and the reason for your request.

Deadline for requests

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the payment you are asking us to refund, or within 14 days of cancelling the project, whichever is later.

Refund method and processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Cancellation by Samir LLC

If we need to cancel a project, we will tell you in writing, deliver the work completed so far, and refund any payment for work that has not been completed.
